Assign Logon Access and Employee Password
Do you know how to assign logon access and a password for an employee?
How to Assign a Password
Select the Password button on the bottom of the New Employee Card. When the Password Button has been opened, assign a Log on Name and Password for the New Employee.
All employees required to use ERP must be allocated with a Logon and Password to access the system.
Note: if an employee has not been asigned a Logon Name and Password they will not be able to log on to the system
