Back Up on Exit
Do you know how to make the last person on exit auto Backup function?
Within Utilities=>preferences=>Utilities Turn on Backup on last person exit - this will then back up your data when the last person exits out of ERP. This back up will then be saved in the back up folder.
To manually back up go to Start=>left mouse click=>all programs=>ERP Software=>Server=>backup all databases. Database Manager will then be available to back up databases.
