Defining Customers

Where do you assign a Source to a Customer?

Do you know where to locate the Preference to force the entry of a 'Source' when creating a new Customer?

Go into Sales, Customer List and highlight the Customer you are wanting to Define.

This will open the Customer Tab. Click on General and check the Source has been added.

The reason for this is to keep a record of :

           (a)    Where the Customer was sourced from.
           (b)    And also, how many contacts you have had with them.
         

This also helps to work out the ratio of which is the best sourse that most customers come from.
