Why do you have to be extra careful about the amount of emails you send ?
If you are sending more than 50 emails at a time be very careful. It is not a problem within ERP, it is a common problem with ISP's (Internet Service Providers). ISP's automatically think if there is more than 50 emails received by their customers from a single sender they must be SPAM.
So it might be a safer plan to email in batches of less than 50 per day.
