Mail Merge Template
Do you know where to locate and adjust the mail merge document template?
To locate the Mail Merge Template click on Mail Merge.
You then choose the Template you wish to work with from the drop down Templates. You choose Customer Mail Merge. You can alter the choice of Template by going to Reports - Templates - Customer Mail Merge - you will find the Template. Now you can set up your Template as you would like it to look.
