CRM Reports Overview Do you know how to use CRM reports?
Selecting the CRM Reports icon will open the Report Selector menu displaying the list of CRM related reports.
How to Use CRM Reports
Select CRM Select CRM Reports
CRM Reports Detail
This will bring up a Report Selector: In Search type in the report name to locate quickly Use the date range tabs to get Date driven Reporting Click on Update Batch to ensure all information has populated within the file Click OK - this will then bring up the requested report
Click on Customise tab at the bottom of the screen Customise to view the Report Information that you require Click on Custom Report Enter Report Name Click on Create Custom Report
This will save the report and bring the customised report back up on screen To locate these Custom Reports - Go to Report Selector - On the radio buttons to the side you will now find a button for MY REPORTS - Click on my reports radio button and you will locate all your custom reports
