Feedback Reports
Where is the main area your Feedback Reports come from?
Firstly go into the Feedback Report Tab. When you open this Tab you will see a list of all your Customers. If you click on on of these you will be taken into another screen - Appointments.
Appointments are the main place your Feedback Reports will come from, whether they are for Appointments or even Repairs.
You will notice in the Feedback Reports Module there is a No Feedback tab and also a Feedback tab. Obviously if you wish to see Feedback you must click in this tab.
This is a great tool to keep on top of what your Customers thoughts are towards a repair that was done or an Appointment that you or one of your Reps had with them.
