Customer History
Do you know where to view Customer History?
Firstly go into Sales, then Customer List, then click on the Customer you wish to look at.
This will open the Customer Tab, from there you will click on the History Tab.
In History you will be able to see all the Customers past notes on such things as Appointments, AR Notes, Invoices, Quotes and so forth.
