Email Information
From where do you create an email to send to a Lead?
Select the Marketing Tab Select the Lead List Select the Lead you wish to action Select the 'Email' from the drop-down Type menu in the Action /Follow up Details section
This will populate your email program e.g. Outlook, Thunderbird etc. auto loading the email address assigned to the lead. Type your message and send your email as per normal.
The Lead will record the logged email for future reference. You will then have a record of the date the email was sent so you can cross-reference it to your personal email program.
