Early Payment Discount
Does the early discount option make sense?
If you wish to encourage payment from customers quickly allow an early discount within their terms. So if paid within the terms they have an early discount % to deduct.
Where do you place an Early Payment Discount for Customers?
In the General Tab Select the Terms List Double click onto the term that will have the early discount applied to Enter in the Early Payment Discount % in the field Click Save
How does the Early payment Discount interact with the Customers?
If a customer has a term set in their customer card which is entitled to an early discount, each time a sale is made for that customer an early discount product will load as a line on the invoice automatically.
