Email PO
Email PO - How do you email this PO?
While Purchase Order is still open click Print Button. This will open Report Options window. Click on Email PO. This will open your email software(for example; Outlook) with Purchase Order attached in PDF format.
'Make sure Supplier email address is saved in Supplier Card under the General Tab'
